We can't win, can we?<BR/><BR/>It all reminds me of many years ago, when I was living in San Francisco. It was very dry, and the water people asked everyone to conserve water. Then do you know what they did? They raised the rates...not because supply was low, you understand, but because people were conserving so much that they weren't making any money! They actually came out and said that! Gotta give them points for honesty, I guess.
